RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. The courier will process your refund upon item collection, provided it is unworn, in good condition, and in its original packaging. Refund processing takes up to 7 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All orders are subject to one post-purchase action only.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. The exchange process takes 3 to 5 working days. Items must be unworn, in good condition, and in their original packaging. Out-of-stock items are non-exchangeable. Additional shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.
SHIPPING POLICY
